There is one common sink that is right outside the bathroom door. Under the outdoor pergola is a great place to have your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. A comfortable queen size bed welcomes you to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep at the Lookout. This tiny house has a kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and beverage makers. I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.

Though backyard is shared with guests from front house it is very lush and has multiple sitting spaces for your own privacy.

We have a modern seaside vibe - calm and cultivated. We are a few minutes walk to the Seawall and the Grand Galvez or a few minutes drive to the fun shops on the Strand downtown. For those who prefer to drive to the beach we can provide guidance on some secret free parking spaces nearby!

The apartment is located on the side of the main house with off-street parking and a private gate/entrance to access the apartment. Self check-in after 3:00pm with coded door lock.
