This retreat is on the northeast corner of a one-story quadruplex and holds all the amenities of home. Includes free, private parking. There is a private, secure patio and yard for you and your pet’s use. The apartment's living/dining/kitchen has a NY efficiency feel with large separate bedroom.

Peaceful Palms

This simple green and open property is conveniently located VERY near many beautiful springs and paddling trips on the Sante Fe river. The home includes a full kitchen with stove, cooking essentials, Keurig and a couple complementary coffee pods. There is also a fridge/freezer, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Two TV’s, a 55 inch and 40 inch. The wifi is lightning fast. We allow up to eight guests, but there are only two queen beds to sleep on. We do not provide extra bedding.

Our studio offers a clean, modern retreat with its own kitchenette, full bathroom , full size refrigerator and the studio features individual AC Completely private entrance. You will feel like you are in a park surrounded by mature oak trees and nature, you will feel renewed, Perfect for 2 adults , one child, one pet The Studio is private with access separate from our home. We offer self check in with a lock box. A private property , fenced and gated location with a lot of parking.

A perfect townhome for your Gainesville stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 (two king beds and a queen deluxe air mattress). The townhouse is centrally located in Gainesville and very close to a Publix grocery store, Butler Plaza restaurants and stores, and also close to UF. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/ dryer are on the first floor. Guests have access to the community pool as well.
