Hilda Cottage, lower Robin Hoods Bay!

Hilda Cottage is a 17th Century dwelling. The front door enters to the living area, downstairs is the equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a double bedroom (WC ensuite) with sea views, and main bathroom, up the next stairs is the loft bedroom (double & single bed) and sea views! The stairs are narrow & steep, see photos If you're after old and quaint, Hilda is your girl, if you're after brand new and modern, she probably isn't 💗 No private parking, see 'other details to note' section. A beautiful self catering holiday apartment,sleeps 2. Situated above the Laurel in pub,what more do you need?! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you require for your stay. It has a lounge/kitchen/dining room with a smart t.v,dining table and chairs and two quality recliners. The bedroom is En-suite with a top quality double bed,we provide bedding and towels. ACCESSIBILITY-we are sorry to say that our rooms are not suitable for those with limited mobility,due to very steep stairs.

The Bay Outhouse at the end of the Coast to Coast

Closed for the season. Open again March 2026. In the heart of Robin Hood’s Bay, a hundred yards or so from the beach, yet quiet, peaceful and private. The Outhouse is a space for walkers, ramblers, adventurers and fossil seekers - a cosy cabin with two single beds (think of The Outhouse as indoor camping). There's a shower, basin & toilet, lighting, heating, wi-fi and power to charge your devices. There's a kettle, two mugs and fresh drinking water. We're sorry but we can't accommodate pets.

Chapel Cottage - Fylingthorpe - Robin Hoods Bay

Chapel Cottage is a charming, pet friendly, 18th century cottage. It sleeps 4. A short and easy walk from Robin Hood’s Bay, convenient for anywhere locally. Difficult to believe that Chapel Cottage was part of the former Methodist Chapel in the village (at least until 1900). John Wesley was reputed to have preached here in the 1790’s. A strenuous 54 paces to the village Pub and shop (depending on your leg length), its still only less than 10 minutes to the top of Robin Hood’s Bay, bank.

Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
