Maison d'Autrefois

Maison d'Autrefois is een sfeervol huis dat door de nieuwe eigenaren grondig gerenoveerd is in de stijl ‘Bourgeois Chique’. Het huis beschikt over zes slaapplaatsen (2 slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden en 1 slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden), een salon/eetkamer, een keuken, badkamer en achterplaats(je). Het huis is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. De ligging op 50 meter van het stadspark en de rivier de Lot maakt Maison d'Autrefois de ideale verblijfplaats voor een onvergetelijke vakantie.

L'ancien Four à pain situé en plein vignoble à été rénové cette année. Tout à été réfléchi pour passer un agréable moment. Si vous êtes de passage dans notre jolie région vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire. Avec en prime le SPA (de Mai à Septembre) pour un moment de détente après votre journée de visite dans notre région Vous pourrez faire du canoë, déguster des bons vins, visiter des châteaux, aller au gouffre du padirac ou tout simplement faire des belles balades en plein vignoble.

Superbe gîte avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée

Anastasia et Simon vous accueillent à Sarlat-la-Canéda, capitale du Périgord Noir. Venez passer un séjour dans notre magnifique gîte "La Truffière" avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et notre truffière! Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Riverside gite with views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).

Welcome to your private ivy-covered house in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne. Enjoy the greenery on our land and your private patio and garden. The house has a fireplace, high-speed wifi and a washing machine for your laundry. On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. We can add a bed for 1 or 2 kids (contact us).

L’accès direct à la terrasse partiellement couverte vous permettra de prolonger les moments de détente en extérieur.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
