It is late Summer now headed into Fall, the most wonderful time of year. Truist Park is only 7 miles away and the Hawks and Falcons are a mere 30 minute Marta ride away. House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.

Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the Carriage House adjoins Corp of Engineers land. A quick 1-minute stroll leads to my dock, where you can fish, swim, kayak, or bring a small boat. The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.

The spacious living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed for additional guests, and a beautiful view of the lake.

Enjoy the lakeview from the deck, enjoy wildlife on the lake and bring your fishing rod. Entertainment inside home includes piano and Roku Tv. We go extra miles to ensure guests’ satisfaction. This private apartment is my passion project to cultivate a space centered around rest and recovery.
