Located on exclusive Bishop Lake only 5 minutes to Marietta and Roswell. 9 miles to the Sandy Springs MARTA station for FIFA World Cup matches and the Braves Battery is 7 miles away. Walkable restaurants and shopping in Roswell is less than a 5 minute ride. Rest and relax, this cozy cottage is your own. Excape the busy days and enjoy an evening on the lake. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.

Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the Carriage House adjoins Corp of Engineers land. A quick 1-minute stroll leads to my dock, where you can fish, swim, kayak, or bring a small boat. The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.

This Casual Executive apartment to stay is perfect for group trips, it is located by the Truist Park home of the Braves and a easy 5 min walk to the Coca Cola Roxy. During your stay, you will rest in a huge King size bed, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need and safe dishes for the little ones. The spacious living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed for additional guests, and a beautiful view of the lake.

This private apartment is my passion project to cultivate a space centered around rest and recovery.
