The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Great neighborhood for walking, 10 minutes to beautiful downtown, a couple minutes to trendy restaurants, & 5 minutes to major highways. Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

Interior features are open, uncluttered, and incredibly comfortable, with quality at the forefront of our minds in this space.

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

Experience historic Appalachia at Stonewood cabin. Built in 1880, this authentic log cabin has been beautifully renovated in 2019 and is ready for your enjoyment. This cabin is set on 2.5 serene acres, offering a true Appalachian experience while providing all the modern comforts of today. There is another building on the 2.5 acre property that I (the owner) live in. Your privacy during your stay is very important to me and you will have access to the entire property during your stay.

Our cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a remote mountain feel in a convenient location. We are 30 mins from Downtown Asheville and 10 mins to Downtown Hendersonville and its bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. We are less than an hour drive to many beautiful Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest hikes. At the cabin we have a hot tub, outdoor dining, firepit, tv, board games, and books.
