Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. Just finished remodeling and updating the entire place. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!

It has been remodeled to make it a dream vacation home for your family and friends to create memories! It is small and comfortable, and is the perfect place to relax after a long day of biking, hiking or enjoying one of the many festivals! Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
