Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Java Islands is een Floating Tiny house gelegen aan een eiland in de Vinkeveense Plassen zeer dicht bij Amsterdam, Utrecht en Haarlem. Het is alleen bereikbaar per boot en je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur. Bootje te huur voor €30 per dag om zelf te kunnen komen en weg gaan naar het eiland. Kijk ook eens naar onze andere tiny houses Java Island 2 en Borneo Island. Deze hebben een houtkacheltje staan. Gezellig voor het brandend kachelvuurtje in de herfst.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Een sloep erbij huren om zo lekker heen en weer te kunnen tuffen naar Harderwijk of Zeewolde behoort tot de mogelijkheid en is natuurlijk het ultieme water gevoel.
