Relax with the whole family at this peaceful walk out basement apartment. Located on 60 acres with easy access to highway 50. Halfway between Salida, CO and the Royal Gorge. It's a 1 hour drive to Monarch ski resort. Great location for hunting camp or a quiet weekend with family or friends. The Cotopaxi store is a 15 min drive. They have a little restaurant, basic groceries, fishing licenses and gas station. We are located 15 mins from the Arkansas River for rafting and fishing.

This Rustic cabin, located in the Sweetwater River Resort is a nature-lover’s, outdoor enthusiast’s, fly-fishing-fanatic’s dream nestled on the banks of the beautiful juniper-lined Arkansas River. The property has over a mile of river access, 0.6 of a mile on both sides with easy access to the river on trails that parallel the river. To access the opposite side of the river from the campground, an elevated swinging bridge is suspended across the river.
