“MINHA CASINHA" é uma pequena casa independente, tradicional, com um enorme pátio exterior e jardim. Todos os espaços exteriores são partilhados com a casa do anfitrião. A casinha está numa zona residencial, muito tranquila, com boas áreas, muita luz. O jardim tem espreguiçadeiras onde pode relaxar e apanhar um bom banho de sol!...O terraço, com telheiro, tem uma mesa para refeições ao ar livre. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
