It has ample private parking, a secure entrance, a private courtyard and access to a large garden. Downstairs, there's a kingsize bedroom, shower room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

Whether its tracing the steps of the Pilgrim Fathers or enjoying the wildlife at Freiston Shores Nature Reserve, visiting the historic town of Boston or walking on the beach at nearby Skegness then this is the ideal getaway country bolt hole for you. Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.
