Bring your boat and launch within blocks of the cottage (on site trailer parking). 20 minutes to the beaches of South Walton (30A, Grayton, and Inlet Beach).

We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.
