If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. ~30 min drive to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and convenient stop if taking a cruise. Local tourist sites, the seafront, shopping areas, nightlife and many various eateries are within minutes walking from our central Southsea location. An 80ft mature garden, outside dining area, modern, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living area awaits your arrival. Our house is suitable for families and/or friends that require a peaceful break. 1 Dog ok on request

Bosham (B) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

Surround yourself with style in this standout space. The living room has an extremely comfortable sofa, ideal if you want to chill out and put your feet up. The dining room easily accommodates 6 people around the table, perfect for having dinner together and enjoying a few drinks, whilst you take in the music wall. The kitchen is large so great for cooking a meal and being all together. The kitchen leads straight into the garden which is ideal for your morning coffee. (No pets)

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
