Off Grid Tiny House Glamping On 22 Acres

Spend your day/weekend glamping in a piece of paradise. The Tiny House is tucked into the corner of our lower field by the wood line. Fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the stream right outside your French doors. It's a short walk to the common areas which include outdoor toilet facilities & showers, and the pavilion with electric, wifi, water, & rustic kitchen. Play a round of disc (Frisbee) golf, horseshoes, star gaze, or hike here or a local State Park. Watch out for the Amish buggies.

Rural agricultural setting but convenient to towns, golfing, Whitetail Ski Resort and civil war historical sites. Two bedrooms with queen beds w/linens, two full baths, full kitchen living room area, desk and outdoor firepit and chairs (firewood for additional fee). Queen pull-out sofa bed. Wi-Fi and HDTV. Paved drive/parking area. Pets welcome-Dogs Only. Short drive to I-81 and I-70 20 mins to Hagerstown 15 mins to Chambersburg 20 mins to Whitetail Ski Resort 1.5 hrs to Baltimore/Washington

Antietam Toll House~an historic waterfront cabin

The Antietam Toll House (@antietamtollhouse) is a renovated historic property circa 1800. Sitting on the bank-head of the Antietam stream, this cabin has it's own private fishing hole. Secluded, yet close to amenities and attractions, this property is the perfect place for an artist retreat, respite from the city or a base from which to explore local gems of the area. Wineries, Appalachian Trail, Antietam, Gettysburg battlefields, Ski Liberty, Catoctin , Cunningham Falls and more nearby.

This charming East Broadtop Railroad home, built in the 1900’s, has been restored. House includes washer/dryer. 2 full baths. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Walking distance to the Historical East Broadtop Railroad and Trolley. Short distance to Lake Raystown,and State College. Beautiful golf course within 12 miles. Grocery store and restaurants near by. Quaint town for walking and sightseeing. House is unoccupied (large yard, gift shop on property and playground across the street).

Adorable one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance. Located 10 minutes from downtown Chambersburg. Whether its historical sight-seeing, culturally diverse restaurants, or local craft beer, there is plenty to see and do in this area. Built in 2021, this apartment is on the lower level of our custom built home. It also has a fully equipped gym. We live upstairs with our two children and two dogs. We maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Pet friendly, No smoking, No parties.

The Little White House

Relax on the farm with a peaceful view and rural atmosphere, with the convenience of being close to local attractions. Located close to I81, it’s a favorable location but private setting. Within 10-20 minutes of Chambersburg restaurants, shopping, hospital and activities. Also about a 30 minute drive to historic Gettysburg, PA! The farm is active with 2 cows and 3 (way too friendly) cats. We are a small family wanting to share out beautiful piece of land with all who visit!

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Visit the Homestead, just a few miles off I-81 in Chambersburg. The serene landscape offers fresh air and open space. This historic home on 130 acres of farmland presents bed/bathrooms on the first and second levels and relaxing living space for all guests. Multiple work areas are equipped to offer you a desk and comfortable chair - boasting picturesque scenes. A large bright room, seating 35 attendees, is also available for hosting special events.

The interior, with its thoughtfully designed features, comes with a comfortable loveseat, a smart TV, and bar seating: perfect for those intimate conversations or just catching up after a busy day on the trails.

Colonial Era Spring House

A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.
