Near the end of a long driveway, tucked away with a pond view & wildlife, this quaint home fondly called "The Birds Nest" is situated in a peaceful & tranquil setting awaiting its next guest. During your stay here you might find yourself in the sunroom among nature's backdrop reading a good book or feel free to meander along the established trails in the backyard. Both character & ambience abound to welcome you to this serene & relaxing cottage all the while in a convenient Youngsville location.

Nature Lover's Getaway!

Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

On just over 2 acres you can Relax and “Reset” at our peaceful and spacious getaway. Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the country but be minutes from restaurants, shopping, downtown Wake Forest and all of the wonderful things our community has to offer. Our land hosts amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star show at night that you most definitely don’t get in town! June of 2021 we finished up a complete re-design/remodel of our modern farmhouse so everything is updated fresh and new!

Just a short drive from Raleigh, this cozy retreat offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, country setting & easy access to amenities and attractions.

Antler & Oak (Wheless Farms, LLC)

Set in the country for a Peaceful setting where you can hear the birds sing and see our beautiful flowers and enjoy sitting on the front porch and relaxing. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

The Cottage House

Enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful home with stunning views of the pond & surrounding nature. The outdoor fireplace is perfect for gathering around. Screened porches, a spacious open concept living room/kitchen area, with two adorable bedrooms.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Conveniently located along US 1 just north of Raleigh, NC, this historical home brings back memories of a simpler, more peaceful time. This two story house, located in the quaint town of Franklinton has a covered front porch and a private screened in porch out back. Come sit a spell in one of our porch rockers, watch a train go by or walk one block to the local brewery, restaurants and shops!
