Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Charme

Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Balmoral - Appartement avec vue et grande terrasse

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km). Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.
