There are 3 large flat screen TV's, 100 Mbsp internet with Roku, free local and long distance phone service, and access to a lakeside community with playground, beach, swimming pool, tennis, trails and snowmobile trails.

It literally sits at the foot of Loon Mountain and the Kancamagus Highway. The Pemigewasset River and its best swimming hole are right in the back yard. A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.
