Welcome to our cozy home in the White Mountains, NH! Our 3-bed, 1-bath home is perfect for relaxing & outdoor activities - ski, bike, hike, golf, & leaf peeping. Located on the riverfront in Bethlehem, downtown is close-by w/ shops and restaurants. 18 min to Bretton Woods, 18 min to Cannon Mountain, 10 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and comfortable bedrooms. Outside, you'll find a deck, fire pit, and chairs by the waterfront. Your adventure awaits!

Luxury Year-round Treehouse with private hot tub

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. The home is easily accessible year round (no trucks or 4WD needed) has snowmobile trail access, and is minutes away from Bretton Woods Resort, and within 20 minutes to Loon and Cannon. We’re pet friendly, so bring your dog along!

Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire table & bright cottage with Japanese soaking tub, (small) +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is more than a stay; it is an escape with miles of trails and a private pond waiting for you to explore.

We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

The second story loft hosts two queen beds, blackout curtains, AC and a full Kitchen. The main floor mud room, with full size laundry, is a perfect for securing Skis, Mountain bikes or even a pet crate while you explore town. (two car garage is not included in this rental).
