Monolocale elegante appena ristrutturato, con terrazzo coperto e ventilato, che si affaccia sulla stupenda valle del Maro. Del tutto autonomo, arredato con cura. Caratteristiche due belle finestre all'antica maniera ligure. Dispone del necessario, compreso un funzionale angolo cottura, per vivere qualche giorno di pace nel freso silenzio degli ulivi.

L’appartement ,Rez de jardin du chalet,se situe dans un quartier résidentiel au calme absolu avec vue panoramique sur le Mercantour à trois kilomètres du centre du beau village de Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane et Le Boréon, sont à 10mn en voiture. Je vis sur place et donc suis très disponible pour les voyageurs.
