It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. House & room has a very convenient keyless entry system for ease of check in/out. Host have no pets on premise..

Tiny Gem for 1 or 2 Travelers

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You have everything you need in my Tiny Gem. Sleeps one or two friends. This room is completely private. it has its own entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, and closet. The twin bed has a second mattress underneath, and both can sleep comfortably. We are very close to major freeways and the energy corridor. Be my guest and see everything this little room has to offer.

Comfort zone

It is a large, single, private room, located upstairs in a single family home. Great view of the adjoining walk path field and area in general from window . Queen size bed, a 6 drawer dresser and part of the adjoining closet. One guest prefered. Addition $10 per additional guest to a maximum of 2 adults guests per room for ultimate comfort. Restroom is shared with one other guest in the next guest room .
