The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. Tree Tops is a spacious lodge nestled amongst the tall pine trees in the beautiful Forest of Dean. It provides easy access into the heart of the forest and directly onto the Bream Heritage Walk. An absolute haven for fun seekers with one of the UK’s best cycle trails and downhill mountain bike course, along with abseiling, caving and canoeing. For walkers a wealth of forest trails that will guide you through the forest, take in the sculpture trail or simply take a stroll along the river Wye.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Located high in The Royal Forest of Dean, with breathtaking views across the Wye Valley and Black Mountains, a delightful and intimate cottage for up to 6 people and their dogs. The Hut on the Hill is a luxury Shepherds Hut; but it is so much more than just a hut. Fully centrally heated, with King size bed, extensive outside area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The panoramic views are outstanding from all aspects of the hut. In addition, the adjacent stable, also centrally heated, consists of a utility area, with space to dry wet kit, wet pets and safe place for bikes, canoes etc.
