Situated just 2 miles from the South Downs and 3 miles from the seafront, it is an ideal base for hiking, cycling and exploring this lovely part of the country. The perfect place to stay for all Goodwood events and within walking distance of Fontwell Races, local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. Close by there is a convenience store and a range of interesting cultural and historical places to visit as well as pleasant seaside towns offering long walks along the seafronts and restaurants/ cafes serving local seafood specialities. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful space or book this private space for work and business trips.
