The suite is part of the family home but feels completely separate with its own entrance into a spacious living area overlooking the olive trees. The large private bathroom is a little gem, with its individually cut marble tiles making a chequer board effect, fresh & light, with a marvellous window done in brick work which plays a wonderful effect when the light pours in on hot summer days! La nostra casa in campagna è un piccolo b&b adatto anche ad ospitare piccoli gruppi o famiglie in tutta autonomia. Le stanze tutte al primo piano della nostra abitazione, semplici ma confortevoli , sono tutte con servizi privati e a richiesta posso offrire l'uso della cucina e del salone. Io vivo al piano terra indipendente e separato dal b&b Noi della famiglia siamo a disposizione tutto il tempo , durante il soggiorno , per ogni necessità. Non lontano da Spoleto e ben servita .

Our room, which has an en-suite bathroom with a comfortable shower, is very spacious and well-lit and it overlooks a courtyard. The bedroom is air- conditioned. It has a king-size bed and it is possible to add an extra bed, for an extra charge. Our B&B, located in the town centre, offers free Wi-Fi, a generous breakfast and private entry, so that our guests can be independent.

The apartment GELSO is the perfect choice for a 4 to 6 person family. On the ground floor there is the kitchen+living room+ 1 double bed room and toilette. Upstairs on the loft there is 1 double bed + 2 single bed. The entire apartment is decorated in a traditional way, a lot of wood and nature are the main characteristics, in order to respect the surrounding environment.
