Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. A fantastic position from which you can have an amazing panoramic view to the mountain, the village, the sea and the islands across. Ideal for relaxing or as a base for excursions around Peloponnese. Not far from beautiful beaches to visit!

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. We live in Arcadia (the land of happiness), nature reserve Parnonas, Peloponese. You will find the traditionnal greek life with the kindness of the local people. The house is built in the respect of the nature, in olive and orange grove, full east, direct access to the sea, near climbing spots. Very nice villa in traditional stones of 189 m2 with all the comfort, facing the sea, rising sun, with access to two wild beaches, SWIMMING POOL. Comfortable for 6 persons max.

Diese traditionelle Steinvilla liegt etwas erhöht in Agios Georgios mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über das ägäische Meer und die näher gelegenen Inseln. St. George befindet sich etwas abseits des Ortes Poulithra, sehr ruhig gelegen und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Villa ist umgeben von schönen, alten Olivenbäumen und vier Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf der grossen Terrasse vor dem Haus geniesst man einen überwältigenden Blick auf das Meer.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

Peloponnese Paradise Greek house with amazing view

Very quiet, yet only 5 minutes by car to beaches and town. Located next to the mountains with beautiful hiking paths Only 20 minutes to Leonidio for amazing climbing Lots of Tourist attraction in the area. Just relaxing on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a book is also a great option (or in the hammock :-)) Or just keep looking at that amazing view!
