The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! This is a beautiful ocean side beach house that is right on the beach. You literally open the door & walk to the beach that is steps away. The home is a duplex with two sides. One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Electronic keypad locks.
