Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a coffee nook with microwave and fridge. Downstairs there is more living space with a dining table and living room. New cleaning company as of 11/24!
