The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood. We’ve decorated the apartment with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings with a touch of boho to create a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. There is NO washer/dryer on the premises but a Laundromat is nearby. Enjoy a meal or the evening shade in the backyard. Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse - Hot Tub !

The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!

Beautiful views of Caprock canyon, cotton fields, wildlife and more. Property has a 1 acre pond 300 feet from the house which makes for a great relaxing stay. The property has a barn and pens and all the facilities needed when traveling with livestock. Please note base price includes up to 4 guests. Additional $75 per person per night.
