Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Arredato in maniera semplice ed elegante, il colore bianco e il legno vi faranno sentire subito in vacanza appena entrerete nell'ampio salone. Vi sembrerà di essere su un'isola della Grecia, con il controsoffitto di travi e canniccio, il letto matrimoniale di cemento così come il mobile tv ed i bagni. Una casa semplice ma di pregio dotata di tutti i comfort possibili gestibili tramite Alexa. Un appartamento magnifico!

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. La Tavernetta è un appartamento ampio in open space tipico ligure, si trova al piano terra della nostra casa ed è composto da zona notte con letto matrimoniale ed armadio, bagno privato con doccia, cucina attrezzata, zona giorno con divano letto (2 posti) a scomparsa, e piccola corte esterna. Nella corte esterna, uno spazio relax con tavolo e sedie. Dotata di tutti i comfort e una seconda uscita che in poco vi condurrà alla scogliera la Marina.
