Trovandosi a circa 800 metri dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e residenziale, immersa nel verde, vi porta in un angolo di pace e relax. Il giardino e la veranda coperta permettono di godersi la colazione e la cena all'aria aperta, così come l'angolo relax appena fuori il soggiorno. Arredata con gusto e con particolare attenzione ai dettagli.

Posto auto riservato, all'interno della struttura recintata (adatto ad auto, non a furgoni). La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, lontana dai rumori del traffico.
