"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Meeker House (Charming 3/4 Bedroom w/ Hot Tub)

Ideal for families in need of ample space, a getaway with friends, or business travel, this residence boasts an open & warm layout. The house features three bedrooms, a den, & a bonus landing on the second floor. Additionally, there's a private hot tub that seats 3 to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully updated & well-equipped. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown BG and City Park, & close to BGSU. This spacious mid-century modern home invites you to come & enjoy its comforts.

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. Just two blocks from downtown & two blocks from BGSU, this 450 sq ft house - built in 1920 and completely remodeled for your comfort - features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and kitchenette all in a stylish, secure, and central location. Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

Good selection of restaurants located close to property. Minimum 2 night stay.
