In the heart of the wild and romantic Székelyvarság (Vărșag) there is the Bigpine guesthouse, where in the mornings the squirrels, deers play and you can feel the pure energies of nature. The renovation of a 150 years old house is an exciting challenge. The goal is to preserve the traditional architecture, but in the same time to provide the comfort of the 21st century. This beautiful wooden house is in Énlaka, a small Transylvanian village, surrounded by nature. Izgalmas feladat a mai kor igényeire formálni egy 150 éves házat. Úgy fújni le a port a régiről, hogy az ne a műanyag csillogás múló divatja felé szálljon, de túlságosan a múltba se ragadjon, giccsesen nosztalgiázva.

Rustical house at a peaceful lake

A nyaralóház Besenyő faluban található, az azonos nevű tó partján, 17 km-re Sepsiszentgyörgytől és 30 km-re Brassótól. A földszintjén tágas nappali van kandallóval, kijárattal a tó fölötti teraszra, felszerelt konyha, kamra, tusolóval ellátott fürdőszoba. A nagy, közös hálószoba az emeleten található. Az udvarán tájház van, gémeskút, hinta, homokozó, gyerekvár, grillezéshez alkalmas tűzhely, saját lejárat a tóhoz. Vendégeink szabadon használhatják a csónakot és a szörfdeszkát.

The property has two Szekler wooden houses, over 100 years old each, completely “reborn”. We offer one of them for guests who appreciate built heritage, nice panorama and organic garden. We tried to preserve folk heritage, adding a vintage touch and using colorful home accessories to offer a warm and homey atmosphere. The 5100 sqm courtyard with huge ancient trees make you will feel like being in a forest. You can rest in a hammock, listen to the bird’s songs and recharge your batteries.

This lovely attick room is really cosy; there is also a large kitchen downstairs. Living here will secure you front seats for observing the traditional everyday lifestyle of Viscri. All you have to do is open the gate. In April & October, this house is heated like in the old days, with traditional fireplace. House facilities: one room with 2 twin beds, one bathroom, kitchen, parking space, shared yard. Part of a bigger group? Book also 161A. Children aged 3-12 pay half of the price.

In 24 km there is the Saint Anna lake that is the only crater lake in Romania. Or if you want only a short visit the village of Valea Zālanului. In 2008, the Prince of Wales bought the property of the former county, which was composed of several buildings, and is surrounded by hills full of flowers and forests. You can visit the King’s Retreat Valea Zālanului. In about 21 km there is a spa resort called Bálványos. Grand Hotel Balvanyos enjoys a tranquil location surrounded by forests.

Gaz66 the Pathfinder (Sishiga) is a 1980 istoric vehicule refurbished to be an off-grid campervan. If you decide to try the off-grid experience, our Gaz66 is the best opportunity. The camper van is located on the hill of Moacșa Lake in Covasna. The van has all the utilities that you need, in a van. Full equipped kitchen (gas stove), fridge with freezer, shower with hot water (80x80x191), heated with webasto, camping porta potties, one king size bed (200x200) and two bunked (90x200).
