The apartment building is relatively new and located in the heart of Skela, 200m far of roundabout of the centre of Skela, which is connected to the big boulevard called Pavarësia, Lungomare (coastline), the old beach road and the Transbalkan road. It is in a quiet and very convenient area where you will find many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and various shops. Walking 5min from the building you will be in promenade of "Lungomare" near the beach along coastline too.
