We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Loch Insh Centre offers year-round activities & its Boathouse Restaurant can be accessed on foot. The Suie, our local pub, has a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

Ideally situated in Dulnain Bridge, between Aviemore and Grantown on Spey in the Cairngorm National Park, Broomlands Cottage offers quality, comfort and cosiness in this rare example of a recently refurbished Highland Black House. The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting.
