A spacious private suite with its own private entrance, separate from the house. We are usually on the property, but often do not see our guests. The suite entrance is at the end of the drive, & driveway open for your use. Quiet and secluded neighborhood across the street from a park with a 1/2-mile treed walking path with benches and play equipment. Close to the airport, shopping, & 12 miles to the beautiful Pensacola beaches! Queen Bed Pack & Play or Twin Air mattress available upon request.

This townhome is newly renovated and includes a full kitchen, open living area, comfy bedrooms, and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Located in a small & quiet, family friendly neighborhood, the home is convenient to several popular restaurants & bars, minutes from UWF & the interstate, and a scenic drive to downtown and Pensacola Beach! *Pet Fee: $25/pet. Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.
