Enjoy the lovely views from our one bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed and ensuite. The outdoor furniture on the private balcony is a great place to watch the boats come and go in the harbour. These apartments have spacious living areas with flat screen televisions and SKY TV. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. Each apartment also has full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Please note some furniture may vary between apmts.

Easy walking distance to Whitianga shops, trendy eateries, and the magical white sands of Buffalo Beach. Also visit iconic Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. Your hostess, Dorothy sailed the world with husband Derek. I am now comfortably settled in our shore-side residence. Come and be at home here. As the canal-front is unfenced, I am sorry, we cannot accept children.

Created with flair & love by its on-site hosts, offering the traveller a modern, luxury, self-contained option to busy motels/hotels ensuring a great nights sleep after a busy day. Centrally located, within a short walk to launch your kayak in one of the canals, or alternatively a short flat cycle or drive to gorgeous Buffalo beach, the town center with its assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops etc, only a couple of minutes commute.

Quail Cottage

A beautiful loft-style cottage on a private property only moments from Cooks Beach. Take in the serenity of this coastal Hamptons style space, complete with a kitchenette, ensuite, lounge area and private deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the landscaped gardens, with only the native quail birdsong and ocean waves to be heard. Set in a quiet location, local restaurants, convenience stores, tennis courts and nature reserves are all within an easy walking distance.

Give yourself a beach holiday like no other. An elevated site, nestled in the trees. You will wake to bird song and a full unobscured view of the beach. The property features 3 rooms with beach views, a very large open living area and expansive deck perfect for a BBQ. The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Cosy, comfortable and clean 2 BDRM Bach. Short walk to town, estuary and ferry, less than 1 km to buffalo beach. Bach has a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee, tea, sugar. Free wifi and Samsung Smart TV in the lounge. Heat pump for winter, fans for summer. Nice covered outdoor seating No children under the age of 15. Clear profile photo and full name of person booking required.

BACK OF PROPERTY – Cozy on Cook Enjoy a quiet, self-contained studio at the back of the property, offering a more secluded stay with a private enclosed deck. Just a short walk to the hot mineral Lost Springs and the town centre and waterfront. Twin Palms self contained accommodation

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
