It boasts minimal styling with equipment from well-known designers. This loft has interior stairs leading to the roof top floor which has 2 connecting bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Easy access to the local beaches, the historical center, restaurants etc. Car not necessary; everything within walking distance.

Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ένα ευχάριστο διώροφο σπίτι 62 τ.μ. στο κέντρο του Γαλαξιδίου, παραδοσιακού στυλ με κυκλαδίτικες πινελιές, σας περιμένει για να περάσετε στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.

Το κατάλυμα μας προσφέρει ζεστασιά, απομόνωση και υπέροχη θέα στο βουνό του Παρνασσού καθώς βρίσκεται σε πλαγιά, στο ψηλότερο σημείο του χωριού.

Το δεντρόσπιτο είναι κατασκευασμένο σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, διαθέτει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα και στα 500 μέτρα βρίσκεται η πυροσβεστική και η αστυνομία. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
