We also provide a lake pass to our guests who will be boating to avoid our guests from paying the public boat launch fees. Welcome to The Darbonne Ranch House! Only a half mile from the Jake’s Landing boat ramp, come stake out the best fishing spot and relax with your crew. Grab a bite to eat at Rhett’s Seafood Restaurant 2 miles from the house. Enjoy playing poker and have a great vacation get-away at our spacious newly-renovated home! We have 3 king size beds and 3 bunk beds to comfortably host 12 guests. There’s plenty of parking so bring your friends and park your boats here!

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.
