Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
