Spacious two story, three bedroom house, with 2 full baths in the second story, one half bath in first story, rustic architecture, ceramic tile floors, fully air conditioned, with large kitchen and all appliances; back yard is very large, has an infinity pool (private) that blends with the North Atlantic Ocean ; outdoor amenities also include BBQ/grill area, various lounging areas, bar area with sink and lots of outdoor counter space, outdoor shower, two changing rooms, and covered garage.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our Villa at Solimar, Luquillo. Solimar is a beautiful, quiet, gated community with Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Playground, Gazebo and just a few steps from the Luquillo Beach. There is a $25.00 cash parking fee per vehicle for the whole stay, paid to the gate guard. Any missing items from the villa will be additionally charged. Jacuzzi is not available for use! The Villa is equipped with a generator in case any power outages occur.
