This space is the lower one half of a lake front walkout in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You will be able tho enjoy the lake scenes in all 4 seasons from the heated cedar porch. Watching wildlife is always entertaining and relaxing. In spring/Summer you can try your luck at fishing on the private dock. Fishing equipment is available at the house and a bait shop is only a couple miles away.The perennial garden adjacent to 4 season porch will add to the ambiance during the growing season.

There is also a band shell in the park, where performers play amazing renditions of music occasionally. Blocks away, There is downtown dining, a public boat ramp, swimming beach, boat rental, fine dining, a bar, and a one-mile away biking trail.

Tons of yard for games, private dock for fishing, swim raft, patio for soaking up the sun, large firepit for s’more’s. Take time away at this private lake cabin. The main level has sitting/game/TV area, dining, full kitchen, bath with step in shower. The upstairs is an open concept with two queen beds, convertible sofa, family room, laundry area, and second 3/4 bath.

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Cozy one-bedroom cabin on a quiet lake in a residential area within city limits—perfect for a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or private dock, great for fishing and kayaking. Inside is warm and inviting with a comfy queen bed, kitchen and dining area and lake views. Ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers. We have two kayaks to explore the lake and creek inlets. Wi-Fi included. Come enjoy the calm.

City of Lakes Loft

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.
