Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
