The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

This traditional farmhouse has been redesigned in a minimal style. The space is ideal for a couple who loves country living and privacy. Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.

The original features of the residence have been preserved with the built in bed and the traditional fireplace, while a modern kitchen and a bathroom have been added.
