Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

The Wood Shed is is a beautiful self-contained unit on the south coast of Devon. For the walking enthusiast, leisurely country walks or hiking on the Coast Path. Or you can sit on the decking and enjoy this beautiful setting overlooking Devon farmland and glorious coastal views. Of interest two fields away is the protected nesting site of Cirl Buntings. There is easy road access and public transport to Torquay and Teignmouth.

The Little Art House

The Little Art House is situated in the picturesque old part of Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor. This compact 17 square metre space has, within its own private entrance, a small, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a little bedroom with double bed (135cm x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. We also offer free car parking, secure cycle parking and Wi-Fi. There are three separate steps leading up to the property.
