Villa Alora

The new luxurious mediterranean inspired villa in the Exmouth Marina. A dreamy retreat to unwind in after exploring the Ningaloo coast. Freshen up in the double shower ensuite, indulge in a barista coffee, relax on the king bed, stay cool in ducted air-conditioning or enjoy a drink in the patio. The Villa is located at the front of and separate to the primary residence. With a private driveway and entrance, curved privacy wall and growing screens, you won't feel like you’re sharing paradise.

The Loft/Guest Suite

We are central, walking distance to all local restaurants, pubs, Surf & snorkel hire, tackle shop & car hire. The Loft is fully self-contained, with its own access, separate from the rest of our home, which is abit different being an industrial shed conversion. We are walking distance to our town centre & local beach. We hope you enjoy relaxing here after a your days of exploring Exmouth . Our property is located behind a local tour business & parking is safe right at the entrance to the Loft.

Ningaloo Rendezvous

This is a self-contained coastal unit—part of the main home but with its own private entry for peace and privacy. Sleeping up to 3–4 guests with a queen bed and a sofa bed, it’s perfect for couples, small families, or friends. There is plenty to do day or evening with 2 microbreweries, excellent restaurants, great shopping and long lengths of stunning beaches ( town beach has kilometres of beach to drive and park on) to enjoy. Located only a short downhill stroll from Exmouth's thriving metropolis, the Spearmint Dingo boasts a large, no frills, casual space that suits visiting couples, families or groups. Schommy's

Gorgeous self contained flat seperate from our family home. You have your own private entry into the property.We are located 1km to the centre of town where you'll find restaurants/brewery, IGA and boutique shops. There is space for an extra mattress/cot if needed for family stays, don't hesitate to ask us :) We provide parking for one car. On Wednesdays I work from home in the shed grooming Exmouth's local and travelling fur babies (dog's). I start at 9am and finish at 2pm latest.

Relax on the Reef

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish home. We've recently renovated a large portion of the home, with updated living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and backyard. Our home is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach and town, featuring an open plan living and kitchen, flooded by light in the mornings and evenings. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Tiny Home - a quaint 1 bedroom

Enjoy a stay at our unique and charming 1-bedroom unit in the heart of Exmouth. A 2 minute walk to town, where you’ll find the local shops, cafes & restaurants. Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
