This annex has a double bedroom with lovely views. We are right next door, so just call! Please see the notes on parking in ‘ Arrivals’ There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area with views across Exeter and countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins), or catch a bus nearby ( can be late!) Our self-contained annexe is located in a secluded valley in the heart of Devon and enjoys views of the countryside from every aspect. We have a large garden to enjoy during your stay. The Two Moors Way and The Devon Heartland Way go right past our property. Please be aware that our house is located in a very rural location and the access to it is down a very narrow country lane.
