Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

Рядом автобусная остановка, до центра можно доехать за 20 мин. В квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха путешественников. Можно взять легкие раскладные кресла, пледы и устроить пикник на берегу моря. В 3 х минутах Новый торговый комплекс с магазинами и ресторанами.
