When you stay at Cabin #13, located in row one, you will be close to everything, including additional parking in the back. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

Get ready for a family getaway or outdoor adventures! You bring the swimsuits, we’ll do the rest! Enjoy a west-facing lake front property with a stunning view, perfect for fishing, water sports and 100% private dock & swimming. Every night you’ll watch the sun set from the oversized deck or from the patio. This house can sleep 10 on Hall Lake in Fairmont, MN ($10 fee added per person above 6 for added cleaning expenses). Have the entire home and dock to yourself for the perfect lake getaway!

Bright & Comfortable 3- Bedroom Bridges Bay Cabin

Newer single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house at the Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa. Bright, comfortable furnished space that is the perfect Okoboji vacation hub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

3 bedroom King Suite at Stay Suites-Browns Bay

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 Restaurant. These are in addition to our other Stay Properties across the street. Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
