We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. We offer snow shoes, cross country skis, sleds.We have a pool table and foose ball table to use.

Have an amazing view of the stars when you stay with us at our hill-top lean-to. Located on 50 acres, this private lean-to is the perfect place to sleep under the moon-light. No tent needed but you will want the rest of your camping gear. We'd love to help you plan your activities for your trip! Our property includes miles of hiking & mountain biking trails and there's a resident hawk that lives/hunts near the lean-to. Great place for birding and moose tracks have been seen at the lean-to :)

My house is tucked in the woods. I'm the last house on my road that is a dead end. With very few neighbors it is a very private location in the heart of the Adirondack mountains. I'm only 20 min from lake placid and Keene and 10 min from whiteface mountain. I'm 10 min lake Everest and and the Ausable. 20 min from mirror lake. Right out the back door there is hiking , skiing, snow shoes trails. There are 2 peaks that can be reached out my front door, Clarke mtn and Hamlin mtn.

SilverBear Cabin, 15 min from Whiteface &ski jumps

This cabin is in the heart of the high peaks, 15 minutes from Whiteface, and 15 minutes from Lake Placid. It is nestled on a hill right off the main road, overlooking the village of Keene! It is within walking distance from all of the shops in town. Although the driveway is plowed, it is steep, so in the winter you will need four wheel drive. The cabin is off Rt 73, but it is tucked away and very private! You don’t see any neighbors! A great year round rental :)
