Our accommodation is set on 5 acres with bike paths and other activities. 3 kms from town and beaches. Has a decking with bbq area. Netflix available. Very cosy atmosphere fire for your winter break, also light and bright with a Esperance theme for your summer stay. We also have other listings to suit any dynamics on our property. This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

The studio includes a kitchenette, bathroom with bath, TV in both bedrooms; quaint courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. We have family pets on property who are friendly. This is a comfortable, homely, three bedroom house, one bathroom, fully furnished and equipped. Two Queen sized beds and two single beds. Loungeroom, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry, rear patio, storeroom, undercover parking. Smart TV, Wifi, and fully equipped kitchen. Patios on the front and rear of house. Reverse cycle air con in the loungeroom. There is a Chev Maple Leaf truck being restored in the shed out back – that is why we call this Chevy Cottage.

Your home away from home, a comfortable, and funky retro beach cottage perfect for couples or small family groups. Fully self contained with a designer kitchen, large stainless steel gas cooker, dishwasher and lovely deck for entertaining. Just 5 mins walk from beach and town.
