Beautiful ground level apartment in Duck Creek Village, Utah located in the gorgeous Southern Utah mountains. Accessible year-round, you can enjoy all seasons in comfort. ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a locking door and includes a king-size bed and full closet. It's located at the base of Bryce Canyon in the small town of Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Alton Lodge Apartment West #2. This beautiful Apartment is one of two located at the Alton Lodge on 20 acres. After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. The family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.

Secluded setting on the Fremont River. Walk-in Lower level apt. w/4 large windows--no stairs--overlooking the river. We've tried to think of everything you might need. Deck has a gas BBQ, table & chairs. Bathroom w/2-seater shower, kitchen fully equipped & stocked with some basic food items; flat screen TV & WiFi. At 7000 ft elev., nights are cool and the days are warm. House is on 2 acres and the river attracts coyotes, deer, birds, ducks, and muskrats.
